Rolled Oats: Great source of complex carbohydrates (low glycemic index) and high in fiber.
Whey Protein Isolate Concentrate: Great amino acid profile delivers highly usable protein to your body.
Flax Seeds, Hemp Hearts, Walnuts, Chia Seeds: High protein, healthy fats, fiber and essential nutrients.
Stevia: A natural sweetener, does not add sugar.
In addition, Chocolate Coconut adds organic coconut flakes, Pumpkin Spice adds cinnamon. Chocolate flavors add natural cocoa powder.


After adding eggs and oil:

1 cookie (or 4 bites):
  • 240 calories
  • 20 grams Protein
  • 21 grams Carbohydrates
  • 6 grams Fat
  • 0 grams Saturated Fat
  • 2 grams naturally occurring Sugar- No added Sugar


Mix together the following:
  • 3 eggs (We recommend Omega 3 eggs).
  • 2 teaspoons of oil (We recommend Macadamia, Avocado, Olive or other healthy oil).
  • 1/2 cup of water.
  • One bag of cookie mix.
Using a non-stick cookie or muffin pan, bake for 11 minutes at 360 degrees.
